I’m a therapist, clinical leader, and behavioral health systems builder with more than 14 years of experience across trauma treatment, addiction recovery, outpatient programming, correctional systems, clinical operations, and leadership.
Wildflower Therapy Services was built from a belief that has followed me through every part of my work:
People are not broken.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone completely new. It is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been buried, protected, silenced, or pushed aside in order to survive.
There is wisdom in the parts of us that adapted. There is meaning in the ways we learned to cope. Healing is not about rejecting those parts. It is about understanding them, integrating them, and creating space for something more honest and whole.
For individuals, that means therapy that is warm, direct, and real.
For organizations, it means clinical systems that are thoughtful, ethical, compliant, and actually usable in the real world.
